Job Duties

In groups of two or three, Prayer Team Members warmly welcome people who drive up during Drive Through Prayer, introduce themselves, listen carefully to prayer requests, then verbally pray for the person or persons. Prayer Team Members may also provide information to other services or ministries as needed. When there is no one in the Drive Through Prayer line, the Prayer Team quietly prays together.  Assign one prayer team member to keep a tally of the number of cars driving through.

Kind and empathetic. Grounded and sincere.  Approachable with excellent listening skills. An intentional disciple and a veteran prayer warrior.

Job Duties

The Adoration Anchor prays, undistracted, in the Adoration Chapel from 6:00-7:30 pm during Drive Through Prayer.  He or she prays for the people who drive through, for those who might be on the fence about driving through, and for the team members.  On occasion, the prayer team may escort guests to the chapel; the Adoration Anchor may simply acknowledge them with eye contact or quietly sit next to them in silence.

Ideal Qualities

Deeply prayerful and devoted to Jesus in the Eucharist with a calling to reconcile souls to Christ.
