In May, we will have a mandatory All Ministry Leaders Meeting (date to be determined) and each ministry group will need to be represented in order to reserve facility space for the next year.
You will also get important updates such as new policies and procedures for reserving facilities, new programs and much more.
Every ministry group in the parish/school will be following the new annual reservation schedule. Our goal will be to accommodate as many events and re-occurring weekly, monthly and/or yearly events as we can in order to best work with our ministry groups. It will take all of us working together to support one another and to be flexible if dates/times need to be adjusted.
We are an extremely large and active parish community which is a true blessing, but with that comes the need to get organized and work together in ministry to Celebrate the Sacraments, Grow Disciples, and Bring Christ to People.
