Please sign up your teen for the mandatory PDV retreat 1/31-2/2/25 at St Raymond's, Dublin. Below is the registration form due NO LATER THAN JANUARY 6TH, 2025.
If you would like some else to bring/pick up your teen, or if you want your teen to drive him/herself, please fill out and sign the authorization form as well.
Payment is due in full with the registration form. If you would like to make a cash or check payment, please come to the parish office during office hours: Tue-Thu 9:00am-5:00pm (closed for lunch 12-1pm), and Fri 9:00am-12:00pm.
