Support Groups

Caregiving is a National Public Health Crisis!

There are 65 million family caregivers in the U.S. struggling and searching for support. Now, more than ever before, since the start of COVID-19 caregivers are in crisis. So, where do they go for support?  Now is the time to reach out and help the millions who are caring for a sick, disabled, or aging loved one.  And, Nourish is the program designed to do exactly just that.

"Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28

Grief Support Group

Grief is a journey you do not have to take alone.

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, you are invited to a peer ministry on grief. People who have lost a loved one meet and share their feelings with each other and learn from each other.

It takes place online on Zoom every Tuesday evening from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

If you have any questions, please call Deacon Dave Holland at St Catherine of Siena, Martinez: 925-413-9240
